Terms of Service
1. Service description
AlienMonster.ai provides collaborative canvas sessions with AI-powered analysis and artifact generation for structured strategy workshops. You run sessions on a shared canvas; when you’re done, our AI helps classify, analyze, and structure the output so you can export useful artifacts.
2. Account terms
Facilitators create accounts to start and manage sessions. Participants join sessions via a shared link and do not need an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for what happens under your account.
3. User responsibilities
Do not upload illegal content, abuse the service, or attempt to reverse-engineer or attack the platform. You must not use the service in a way that harms others or violates applicable law.
4. AI analysis disclaimer
AI analysis is assistive, not authoritative. The facilitator reviews and curates all AI output before sharing. AlienMonster.ai is not responsible for business decisions made based on AI-generated analysis.
5. Data handling summary
Canvas and session data are stored on EU servers (Hetzner, Germany). When you run analysis, session data is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API for processing. For full details on what we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
You own your session content. AlienMonster.ai does not claim ownership of user-created canvas data or generated artifacts. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated usage data for product improvement.
7. Service availability
We aim for best-effort availability. There is no SLA during beta. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or updates.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. This is a beta product and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Termination
Either party can end the relationship. You can request deletion of your data by email (automated flow may be added later). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
