AlienMonster docs
Your strategy belongs in your repo
Every decision you make about users, pricing, architecture โ it all sits in docs, Notion pages, your head. Your coding agent doesn't see any of it. So it guesses. And you spend half of every session re-explaining what you already decided.
AlienMonster is a strategy repository that lives next to your code. Decisions, assumptions, and risks become structured markdown files. Claude Code, Cursor, and Claude.ai read them before they write code.
Just building the repo changes how you think. Talking through your strategy with the Facilitator surfaces the decisions you'd been making implicitly, the assumptions you hadn't checked, the risks hiding in plain sight. You come out of a session with clearer thinking โ before any code gets written.
Then your agents read it. You stop re-explaining. Your agent stops guessing. Your strategy compounds.
Two activities
Capture โ Talk to the Facilitator. Conversations become structured primitives.
Integrate โ Agents read the repo before making non-trivial changes.
Where to start
